Please download the SDK manager to be ready for SDK components installation. SDK Manager​

Please update your host PC using the command "apt update".​

Regarding Jetson platform installation will ask for more necessary tools/libraries/kits...etc, so, please use the below command to install it.​
sudo apt-get install binutils libxml2-utils liblz4-tool python qemu-user-static​
Some of them may be different, it depends on the Ubuntu version(18/20/22), please adjust as you need.
