▌Producing Textile With High-Speed Data Transmission
Applicating in the textile factory, edge computing platform and 5G WiFi change the traditional way (manual) of producing textile to a real automatic system that can work by itself.
Considering the various textiles characteristics and the multi I/O requirements, Aetina’s Jetson platform supports up to six driver-ready FHD cameras, which fulfills the width of the standard textile. Various I/O connectors from the carrier board overcome the difficulties from the traditional inspection machine and can easily connect 5G WiGHub trough USB 3.0 60G Hz network adaptor or extension PCIe x8 port with AX710. And build the 5G WiFi environment, which provides the advantages of high bandwidth, high security and low latency, in the automated factory.
Through 5G WiFi, inference results could be transmitted to the cloud database or to other edge device with low latency. As the result, the system can keep collecting the data and deep learning in the same time, which fulfill the target of optimizing the accuracy. Moreover, high-speed transmission ability enables the factory manager can get real-time feedback of the product line, and allow the manager making the administrative decision immediately.
