Aetina’s most advanced in-house production line and manufacturing facilities, which is inside the Innodisk R&D and manufacturing center in Taiwan Yilan county. Along with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and over 12,000 square meters of factory space, this advanced manufacturing site provides a total anti-static production environment and enhanced industrial control solutions.
Starting from incoming material inspection and control, solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow, 100% AOI inspection to the flexible multi-platform selective soldering system, that all aim for the high-level product quality. The manufacturing facilities and equipment are also deployed with the latest technology and precise inspection capability, such as Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), 360-degree X-Ray inspection, high-speed and multi-level AOI inspection, are all conducted with strict manufacturing quality check and control.
